Abdul Hameed Razack has been leading Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd. as its Chief Executive Officer since 2021. With over 25 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, he brings a deep understanding of business growth, operations, innovation, and sustainability. At Megapack, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, manages core functions across departments, and drives initiatives that enhance competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. During his tenure, Megapack has expanded significantly — both in scale and reach. Under his leadership, the company has launched new product lines, strengthened its supply chain, and adopted more sustainable manufacturing practices. He has also played a key role in building a strong leadership team, forming new global partnerships, and navigating key business transitions, including mergers and acquisitions. Abdul’s vision for Megapack is rooted in making flexible packaging synonymous with sustainability, recyclability, and innovation — delivering solutions that are efficient, environmentally responsible, and future-ready. Prior to joining Megapack, Abdul served as Director at a plastics firm for nearly a decade. He led the company through various growth phases and ultimately saw it through a successful acquisition by an investor. Over the years, his expertise has spanned strategic planning, stakeholder management, financial oversight, product innovation, and global market expansion. Outside of work, Abdul enjoys reading, research, investing, and supporting social causes. He is guided by a sense of purpose, responsibility, and long-term value creation in everything he does.
Ramadan is the Managing Director of Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd. He has been a part of the company’s growth journey since 2019, leading overall business operations focused on strategy, financial management and market expansion. Under his leadership, Megapack has strengthened its presence in local and international markets, building a reputation for quality and innovation in flexible packaging. Before starting his journey with Megapack, Ramadan built a strong foundation in finance, legal, administration, and business development. At Emirates NBD and the Royal Bank of Scotland, he handled legal and financial recovery operations. Later, as Director Manager at Windsor Real Estate, he led investment strategies that improved profitability. He also founded the Nile Group, a company specialising in debt collection and legal services, securing financial stability for major clients. His experience with law firms like Loutfy & Co., Galadari, and Kourtha Law Firm further sharpened his expertise in corporate law and financial restructuring. At Megapack, Ramadan has been instrumental in expanding operations, securing key partnerships, and optimising the supply chain. His efforts have strengthened the company’s financial position, introduced innovative product lines, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. He has also driven digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Looking ahead, he aims to position Megapack as a global leader in sustainable and flexible packaging solutions. His focus remains on integrating eco-friendly materials, leveraging automation and AI for smarter manufacturing, and adapting to evolving trade regulations to enhance logistics and operations. Outside of work, he enjoys football, tennis, and padel. He has a passion for travel, exploring new places, and meeting people. Naved Shaikh

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Naved has been an integral part of Megapack since its inception in 2020. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads sales and new projects, drives product development strategies, and ensures market expansion and cost optimisation. His expertise spans operations, supply chain, sales and finance, making him a key pillar of the company’s growth. Naved has witnessed MPI’s transformation from a startup with 60 employees to a successful company with over 130 employees. From market penetration and cash flow management to capacity optimization and profitability enhancement, he has contributed to each phase. Under his leadership, revenue has soared from $10 million in the company’s first year to $30 million in just four years, with international expansion contributing to its success. He also played a key role in securing partnerships with major polymer manufacturers like Borouge and ADNOC, as well as launching MPI’s operations in Oman. Looking ahead, he envisions Megapack as a leader in sustainable packaging, focusing on eco-friendly materials, recycling, and innovation. His career began in 2005 as a Group Internal Auditor at Darvesh Group, where he gained deep insights into manufacturing and supply chain processes. He later took on leadership roles in finance and operations at Technovaa Industries, playing a pivotal role in expanding sales and driving international growth. He later transitioned to Head of Operations, followed by eight years as Regional Manager for Polymer and Recycling Products at Technovaa Packaging Industries. Under his leadership, the UAE market grew from 150 MT to 450 MT per month and a new operation in Oman scaled to 400 MT per month. His strategic insight also helped the company secure key export orders through international exhibitions in Europe and the UAE. Outside work, he enjoys cricket, football, chess, and traveling, always eager to explore new places and perspectives. CMA Peer Muhamed S

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
CMA Peer Muhamed S has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd. since 2021. With over two decades of experience in a variety of industries, including mining, manufacturing, trading, farming and auditing, he plays a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and long-term growth of the company. At Megapack, Peer leads core finance functions, including budgeting and forecasting, cost management, capital allocation, risk management, and audits. He is deeply involved in improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. His strong financial oversight directly influences the company’s decision-making and ability to scale sustainably. He closely follows trends such as digital transformation, ERP systems, AI and data analytics, and global supply chain resilience. These insights have helped him introduce integrated systems and data analytics tools that enhance financial accuracy and transparency at Megapack. Before joining MPI, he worked as Group CFO at KV Group International, where he managed the financial operations of multiple entities across Oman, Dubai, and Bahrain. His role involved end-to-end financial planning, ERP implementation, internal audits, and MIS reporting. He successfully reduced costs, improved cross-functional coordination, and led strategic initiatives that strengthened the group’s financial position. His career also includes finance leadership roles at Fast Solutions LLC (UAE) and Coal India Limited, as well as audit management roles at leading chartered accountant firms in Kerala. With every role, he’s demonstrated a consistent track record of cost optimisation, streamlining operations, and building strong, reliable finance teams. Beyond Megapack, Peer is the Founder & CEO of Pristine Business Excellence, where he provides virtual CFO services, leads ERP implementations, conducts internal audits, and supports tax management and back-office services for clients across AP/AR management, payroll, and other administrative functions. He imagines a future for MPI in which financial discipline, innovation, and sustainability are interconnected. His leadership is guided by a clear focus on ROI, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. Outside work, he enjoys research, technology, and keeping up with global financial trends. His ability to lead with integrity and adapt to change continues to make him a valuable pillar of Megapack’s leadership team.

Joel Joy Thomas

Factory Manager
Joel is the Factory Manager at Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd. He has been a part of Megapack since 2020, contributing to its growth from the early years. His responsibilities cover all areas of factory operations, including managing processes, ensuring product quality, adhering to standard procedures, overseeing project compliance, and driving continuous process improvement. But beyond just managing processes, he has strong leadership skills to help his team through complex dependencies. With an educational background in Engineering, specializing in Embedded Systems, Joel began his career as a Project Engineer in India. Over four years, he gained valuable experience in the development of embedded systems for organizations spanning defense (DRDO) and multinational corporations. His journey then took him to the GCC region, where he stepped into the automotive glass industry. There, he handled project management, R&D and machine installations, even contributing to the development of bulletproof glass that met European accreditation standards. Subsequently, his role as PLANT HEAD at Technovaa Industries LLC & Technovaa Packaging Industries LTD provided him with direct experience in the flexible packaging industry, paving the way for his transition to Megapack. At Megapack, Joel’s strong decision-making skills have led to a 2,500-ton monthly production scale-up, a 12% cut in energy use, a 21% reduction in operational costs, and the re-engineering of machinery to expand product range. Notably, during the challenging early phase of the company, which coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, Joel played a crucial role in enabling Megapack to establish a significant market presence within the GCC region. He earned multiple recognitions and promotions along the way for his contributions. Joel envisions Megapack's future as a prominent global leader in the flexible packaging industry. He is also deeply committed to advancing the company's sustainability efforts and reducing its environmental impact. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, exploring diverse culinary experiences and finding leisure in football and movies.

Anik Agrawal

Finance Manager
Anik Agrawal is the Finance Manager at Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd. and one of its earliest team members. He has been part of the company’s journey since day one, shaping its financial structure and ensuring smooth operations. His responsibilities cover working capital management, budgeting, trade finance, financial audits, MIS reporting, ERP implementation, taxation, and data analysis. With a strong grasp of accounting and financial strategy, he plays a key role in keeping the company financially sound and efficient. Before joining MPI, Anik worked with industry leaders like UFlex Limited, where he handled finance and accounting in the flexible packaging sector. His time at Comparex India, a software consulting firm, further sharpened his financial expertise and strategic decision-making. Having worked across both Indian and UAE financial markets, he brings insights that help steer MPI’s long-term growth. At Megapack, Anik focuses on streamlining financial processes, implementing ERP systems, and developing standard operating procedures for different business functions. He has introduced real-time accounting solutions, automated data analysis tools, and efficient funds management strategies, making financial reporting more accurate and decision-making more effective. Over the years, he has led ERP rollouts, designed accounting tools, and developed management reports that provide valuable insights. His leadership ensures smooth financial operations, timely reporting, and continuous improvements to support MPI’s expansion. Staying ahead of industry trends and adopting smarter financial tools drive his approach to work. Looking ahead, Anik envisions MPI as a leader in flexible packaging with a strong focus on sustainability and circular economy practices. He believes in leveraging technology and AI to make financial management more efficient and precise. Outside of finance, Anik is an avid sports enthusiast. He believes that the discipline and teamwork learned from sports translate into his professional life, pushing him to take on challenges, improve continuously, and contribute to the company’s success.

Gokul Indani

Board Advisor
Gokul Indani is a Board Advisor to Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd., where he offers strategic financial guidance and sector-specific expertise. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Gokul brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, with a focus on global corporate fundraising, capital syndication, and IPO advisory. His expertise spans petrochemicals, textiles, packaging, automotive, infrastructure and real estate. Before joining Megapack, Gokul held key roles at Capri Global Capital Ltd. and India Infoline Ltd., where he led business development in real estate finance and capital syndication projects. He collaborated closely with banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and HNI investors to structure complex transactions and guide companies through critical financial processes. At Megapack, one of his key contributions has been supporting the company in securing deals worth over $700 million—an important milestone in its growth journey. Outside of Megapack, he is the Group Chairman and Managing Director of the Indani Group, a diversified business involved in investment banking, management consultancy, and packaged foods. Practical, collaborative and always focused on what’s next, Gokul brings a results-driven approach and deep industry insight to Megapack, helping shape decisions that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

Abdul Raheem

Technical Consultant & Board Advisor
Abdul Raheem is a Technical Consultant at Megapack Plastic Industries Ltd., bringing around 30 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry. With a proven track record across the Middle East and India, he supports Megapack’s technical and operational initiatives with deep expertise in business process re-engineering, greenfield project execution, cost optimization, and organizational efficiency. Over the past four years at Megapack, Abdul has played a key role in streamlining operations, driving cost-reduction strategies, and supporting business expansion through innovative process improvements. His hands-on approach and practical understanding of industrial packaging continue to add long-term value to the company’s growth and capabilities. Before joining Megapack, Abdul held senior leadership roles at companies such as Al Naseem International, Technovaa LLC, Majan Plastic Industries, and Emirates National Plastic Industries. Across these roles, he successfully launched greenfield projects, implemented ERP and SAP systems, expanded production capacities, and introduced new product lines—contributing significantly to revenue growth and market presence. His vision for the company is rooted in driving sustainable innovation—optimizing material selection, improving production efficiency, and helping businesses meet changing market expectations. He is focused on building solutions that are not only practical and high-performing but also future-ready and environmentally responsible.

His approach is rooted in delivering strategic value and ensuring the company’s continued competitiveness. Prior to joining Megapack, Abdul Waheed held senior leadership positions at leading companies such as Sands Industries Plastics (LULU Group), Hotpack Packaging Industries, Fujairah Plastic Factory, Technova Industries, and Packaging & Plastic Industries Company. His track record includes developing new product lines for the flexible packaging sector, overseeing multimillion-dollar machinery upgrades, and leading large-scale teams to deliver operational excellence. His work with leading brands and multinational clients has contributed significantly to advancing packaging technology and standards in the region. His vision for Megapack is to guide the company toward smarter, more sustainable packaging solutions that align with evolving regulatory demands and customer expectations.
